Who we are

NeuroHuddle was created by certified professional coaches Jody Wassel and Lori Woods to give adults with ADHD a place to feel understood, supported, and empowered. We combine professional coaching, practical executive-function strategies, and the shared wisdom of community to help members understand how their brains work, build sustainable structure, and create meaningful momentum.

Insight creates awareness.

Community creates momentum.

Meet Lori Woods

Lori Woods came to ADHD coaching through her own experience. After years of struggling, she was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult but still had difficulty finding the support she needed. Working with an ADHD coach changed that. She learned how to work with her ADHD rather than against it—and eventually decided to help others do the same.

Today, Lori is a Professional Certified ADHD Coach (PCAC) with more than 2,000 hours of one-on-one coaching experience and extensive training through ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy). Her approach is strengths-based and highly individualized. She helps clients better understand their ADHD and executive functions, clarify their values and goals, and develop practical strategies that work for their particular brains and lives.

Before becoming a coach, Lori worked in education, communications, writing, and the entertainment industry. She holds a BA from UCLA, magna cum laude, as well as a graduate degree and teaching credential in Education from CSUN. She has completed advanced training in family coaching, ADHD medications, ADHD and menopause, anxiety, co-occurring conditions, and executive function challenges. Outside of coaching, Lori is a writer, photographer, animal advocate, gardener, bird watcher, and longtime volunteer with animal sanctuaries and rescue organizations.

Meet Jody Wassel

Jody Wassel is an AACC-certified ADHD and career coach and co-founder of NeuroHuddle. Before becoming a coach, he successfully owned and operated a staffing business for 17 years. His entrepreneurial background gives him firsthand experience in leadership, career development, problem-solving, and building systems that support long-term success.

Jody brings this practical business experience and his understanding of ADHD to his coaching, helping adults recognize their strengths, create structure that works for their brains, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
